Claire studied International Relations and European Studies in Maastricht, Montreal, Berlin and Vancouver and has been supporting people and teams in shaping personal, organizational and social change processes for over ten years. She has designed several training programs for changemakers in administration and civil society and has been building up the Impact & Innovation Lab of the German Council on Foreign Relations since 2018.

She prefers to think and work co-creatively and in networks and, with the Think Tank Lab, has created a community of practice for new approaches in evidence-based policy advice and organizational development in the think tank sector. She has certified further training in design thinking, systemic organizational development and art of hosting, among others, and completed training as a communication and behavioral trainer (artop) in 2018.
