Blasius combines different disciplines in his work. He studied International Relations at Johns Hopkins University, has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Human Factors and has completed a Design Thinking training. Through experience in various fields, Blasius has a broad view of problems - always with a human-centered approach - and he feels at home in interdisciplinary and international teams. 

Blasius spends his days at Politics for Tomorrow with strategic finance of the organisation, project design and management, organisational development, and contributing to scientific project work. Blasius is interested in the interaction between ethics and science, the future of technology, strategic foresight, how to deal with complexity and uncertainty and international development cooperation.
