Alessa Fetzer
Project management, Facilitation
Alessa combines the theoretical world of knowledge with the world of practical application. In her opinion, change happens through trial and error, empathising and iterating. With many years of experience, she supports groups, teams and organisations in making good decisions so that courageous transformation can succeed. With her clarity, empathetic support and constructive manner, she empowers people to dare to do new things and thus lays the foundation for change. As a facilitator and project manager, she accompanies various projects, from transformation to strategy or campaign planning.
Alessa most recently studied at the Hertie School Berlin. She has remained in academia as an independent researcher. She is interested in love in society, the public sphere and politics. In her spare time, she is committed to a strong civil society, democratic resilience and climate justice.
