This project is dedicated to the question of how public administrations can promote a vibrant, democratic coexistence even in politically volatile times. It is aimed at public service employees who want to strengthen their ability to act. The goal is to recognise oneself and one's own role in administration more clearly and to develop the ability to react proactively to uncertainty and change.
The one-hour modules offer the opportunity to develop one's own attitude, establish routines and find allies in order to remain capable of acting even in challenging times. The project is part of ‘United for Democracy’ – an alliance consisting of the Allianz Foundation, the Business Council for Democracy, ProjectTogether, Scholz & Friends, Charta der Vielfalt e.V. and other organisations from civil society and business.
