The Planetary Civics Inquiry envisions a future based on principles of planetary stewardship and governance. With a clear vision and conviction, we promote a global thinking that understands planetary systems and their interconnections as the basis for governance. This approach encompasses strategic design, organising multi-stakeholder processes, using radical civics cartography for real policy design, and developing infrastructure for collaboration and innovation within biophysical limits.
Politics for Tomorrow is a founding member of this diverse community, which represents different policies, cultures and ways of working. Together with Dark Matter Labs, RMIT (Australia, Vietnam, Europe, US) and RISD Center for Complexity, we develop and evaluate planetary governance strategies and radical civic practices.
