The 10×100 Lab at the European Forum Alpbach is a multi-year initiative to develop the foundations for collaborative coordination and systemic action in a new era of risks.
Since 2022, the Lab has been working to make large-scale change processes more effective. After validating a more coordinated approach to scale and speed in its first year, 2023 identified strategic gaps and formulated a strengthened mandate for mayors and multi-stakeholder alliances.
2024 focused on testing workshop formats that support public institutions in facilitating systemic change processes. In the face of complex crises, we are working to unlock transformation potential at interfaces and create conditions for systemic approaches that are relevant in a rapidly changing world.
